Graduate Social Work Internships

We offer a robust internship program for graduate level students in social work for both macro and clinical degree programs. This internship program is designed for students with an interest in serving individuals with disabilities compassionately and respectfully, with the ability to think outside of the box and be self-driven. Students will have the opportunity to get involved in many aspects of our work, formulating clinical assessments and treatment plans while working within a milieu setting, providing one-on-one clinical support to Pathway to Possible clients, assisting with and running psychoeducational support groups, attending trainings and team meetings, and supporting the Advancement team with fundraising and communications.

Undergraduate Human Service Internships

Internships at Pathway to Possible provide students with a wide range of experiences assisting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their daily lives and learning about the laws and social policies that affect people with disabilities. Undergraduate students receive supervision from Program Managers while working in Pathway to Possible's group homes. We work most closely with undergraduate students through Lasell College and Boston College's PULSE program, but welcome inquiries from other undergraduate students as well.
