Our mission is to provide housing, support, and advocacy for people with cognitive and developmental disabilities – and their families – while erasing barriers, building confidence, empowering independence, and expanding opportunities that enrich their lives and their communities.

Programs

 

Residential Living

Pathway to Possible provides permanent affordable housing through our 6 supportive homes. Staff help with activities of daily living, life and job skills, and ensure that residents are engaged in opportunities in their community.

Independent Living

Our independent living program is for individuals able to live on their own with support services. Each person in the program can receive up to 15 hours of support services each week.

Family Series

Providing opportunities for families to connect with one another and gain support in their roles as parents and guardians.
